Check the written scope of your quote
Select the work you are considering, then record whether each item is clear, unclear or excluded in the proposal. The result lists questions to resolve. It does not rate a contractor, recommend a purchase or judge whether a price is fair.
Start with the written proposal. Changing the work type starts a fresh checklist.
Your checklist
No personal details are needed. Selections stay on this page and are not submitted or saved.
Treat unclear items as questions
Use only information actually stated in the proposal. If a conversation added details, ask for them in writing. An unanswered item remains a question; the tool does not assume it is included or that the contractor has made an error.
Distinguish exclusions from missing information
An exclusion can be reasonable when another contractor handles that work. The important point is to know who will arrange it and whether the proposed pest work depends on it. Clear exclusions are listed separately from unresolved questions.
Compare like-for-like work
Reset the checklist and run it again for another proposal, saving each result yourself. Compare the work, areas and follow-up terms rather than treating the number of clear items as a quality score. Different properties can need different scopes.
Keep the agreed scope in writing
Before agreeing work, confirm outstanding details with the provider and retain the written scope. This checklist is a planning aid, not a contract review or compliance certificate. No quote text, contact details or prices need to be entered.
Your questions answered
Does this send an enquiry?
No. The checklist works independently of the Get free quotes buttons. You can read and save your result without contacting anyone.
Will my selections be saved?
No. Selections stay only on the current page and reset when you reload. Copy, download or print your result if you need to keep it.
Does completing this confirm the work I need?
No. It organises practical questions. The property findings and the provider's assessment determine the appropriate work.
