Build a checklist for your property
Choose the property setting and any relevant access needs below. Mark tasks as complete when they are done. The result separates completed tasks from those still to arrange; it is not a measure of pest severity or treatment readiness.
Tick tasks only when completed. Changing the setting or access needs starts a fresh checklist.
Your checklist
No personal details are needed. Selections stay on this page and are not submitted or saved.
Record signs without disturbing pests
Use observations you already have, such as where activity was seen and when it started. Do not approach a nest, handle pests or open concealed spaces to complete a checklist. Leave uncertain details marked as unknown.
Arrange access and permissions
A shared building may need a manager to authorise access beyond your own rooms. Tell the provider about areas that cannot be reached. An unchecked task does not automatically prevent a visit, but it can identify something to discuss beforehand.
Get treatment instructions separately
This checklist prepares for an inspection, not a specific treatment. Do not move belongings, clean treated surfaces or close suspected entry routes on its basis. Obtain instructions for any proposed treatment directly from the provider.
Keep the checklist with your visit notes
Copy, download or print your result before leaving the page. You can use it to keep the inspection focused, then add the findings and agreed actions to your own records. There is no need to submit an enquiry to keep the list.
Your questions answered
Does this send an enquiry?
No. The checklist works independently of the Get free quotes buttons. You can read and save your result without contacting anyone.
Will my selections be saved?
No. Selections stay only on the current page and reset when you reload. Copy, download or print your result if you need to keep it.
Does completing this confirm the work I need?
No. It organises practical questions. The property findings and the provider's assessment determine the appropriate work.
